PRE CONSTRUCTION PROCESS
If an architectural design team has already been selected, Highgate can utilize our pre-construction process to accomplish your goals.
The pre-construction process mirrors our design-build process with the exception of the design team selection. Highgate Builders is typically involved as soon as preliminary design has begun and helps the client and design team manage the project goals, as well as budget and permit oversight.

Involving Highgate Builders in the process at design conception allows our clients the benefits of a design-build process, while allowing the freedom to choose from a select group of qualified designers. Once Highgate reviews your project goals and architectural style, we organize interviews with several partner architects and designers to find the best match for your home.
